”We cooperated with Seppo Hoffrén Consultancy and the family of Tarmo Kosunen (seller of the company) in the years 2010-2011 when the company moved to our ownership.
Special attention was then paid to management of costs and modes of operations, to reliability of operation and transparency, and also to understanding of changes in operational environment.
The first consulting projects that we made together were related to the starting up our business, later on we received training for forthcoming challenges. The latest project focused on finding demand for our products in neighbouring countries. We have had research on potential cooperation partners outside of Finland and negotiations with them hoping that they will become our cooperation partners in the future.”
